Local area

Stratford is a perfect location for those wishing to live a little further from the hustle and bustle of the main city hotspots, but with the benefit of excellent transport links, entertainment and leisure facilities.

Westfield Stratford City shopping centre is on the doorstep of the development. The largest urban shopping centre in Europe is home to over 280 retail stores, restaurants, bars, two hotels,  a 17 screen Vue cinema and Aspers 24 hour Casino.

Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is home to the London Stadium, the ArcelorMittal Orbit, the Copper Box Arena, the London Aquatics Centre, Lea Valley VeloPark and Lea Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre. The park offers waterways, walking and mountain bike trails, acres of woodland and habitats for wildlife.

For all those West Ham United FC fans, the London Stadium within the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is now the Hammers' home. Many sports events and concerts are also held throughout the year at the London Stadium.
