We have been renting with Chase Evan since April 2024 and so far it has been good. As we were new to London we weren't sure of how it would go. It started with an agent showing us the house. He was always prompt in answering our questions and made the entire rental process smooth and hassle-free. In-between we had a different property manager wasn't so helpful. But later we had new property manager who was incredibly responsive and helpful so far, especially in fixing the issues that we have been highlighting for awhile. She was always clear and transparent about the details, Her professionalism and helpful nature really stood out. Overall, our experience with Chase Evans has been positive, despite a few hiccups along the way. We’re hopeful that the remainder of our rental period will continue to go smoothly.
