Chase Evans have recorded an exceptional London property sales activity in the first six months of 2021, with an increased number of completions achieved record time and driven predominantly by the stamp duty deadline.
Waterside properties were the most popular sales in London E14 joined by some unique and always attractive earlier conversions at the southern tip of the Isle of Dogs.
Contemporary Central London properties with luxury facilities close to the City remain top of the investors’ list. Particularly popular are luxury apartments in Goodman’s Fields development in Aldgate as well as the 'newcomer' Silk District collection nearby Whitechapel.
The same goes to the recently built stock at Elephant and Castle, a district with a growing collection of outstanding new homes attracting a steady, continuous domestic and foreign buyer’s demand.
Here below, we’ve included a selection of properties sold by Chase Evans in the first two quarters of 2021.
