"I have a very positive impression of Mariam who has been my letting agent since last October(2018). Based on my own experience, she is very responsive to clients’ requests. For example, last October, when I looked for a studio apartment in Pan Peninsula, she actively recommended different available apartments and discussed with me which one was more suitable and how to negotiate with the landlord for a better deal to satisfy both the tenant and the landlord. Since this February, I have considered moving to a one-bedroom apartment in the same building. After I told her my preferred requirements (e.g. windows face south side, move-in date, etc.), she has always kept my request in her mind and kept me updated about any potential choice that I may be interested in. Beyond the above professional service, I find that Mariam has kept a very good relationship with her clients in daily life. For example, previously we met each other several times near her office and the station in the morning and she was always very kind to say hello to me and sometimes asked me whether I lived comfortably in my apartment.
