Published on 26 July ’19, the latest report highlights some interesting property data investors and industry analysts look for.

 

In June this year, the most expensive property sold was in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea with a price tag of £25,975,000, whilst the cheapest ones change the ownership in towns of Burnley, Bishop Auckland, Ferryhill and Sutherland for £20,000.

 

There were 236 residential sales in Greater London worth £1,000,000 and over.

 

There were 81,742 sales properties submitted for registration in June 2019. 10,952 is the number of  newly built homes – a 25 increase up compared to the same number in June 2018.

 

An earlier report with data regarding the UK house price index for May 2019 shows that on average, house prices in London have fallen by 2,5% since April 2019. The average property value in the Capital stands at £457,471.

 

The new build London properties average at £478,374 (March 2019) which is -2.3% change compared to March 2018. The existing resold property’s average price is £460,724 (March) which is -2.2% change compared to March 2018.
