Chase Evans Canary Wharf team in the Wharf’s property section

Following last month’s property awards, The Wharf has published
Chase Evans winning story in its weekly property supplement.

Our Canary Wharf team feature on the cover and across a two page spread inside this influential Canary Wharf newspaper.

Upbeat but realistic, the Chase Evans team highlight reputation, knowledge and client relationships that will see the firm through challenging times ahead.

Operations Director Ian Ruffle admits that Brexit has brought some instability to the property market, but for Chase Evans “It’s business as usual,  we just need to adapt to the circumstances”.

Sale Manger Wei Huang comments on the current state of sales in London: “Right now people are just taking a little longer to weigh up the decision and we need to make sure we are providing them with the right advice.”

“Everyone has different expectations, so it’s just meeting those and moving forward and trying to expand,” says Senior Letting Negotiator Merlin Ansah emphasising good customer service.

Lettings Manager Lauren Houlihan doesn’t see Brexit as a problem and finds  most of her Canary Wharf landlords flexible and prepared to keep the price level lower or the same. “Canary Wharf as an area just has better landlords then other places”.

Chase Evans are double winners of The Wharf Property Awards 2017: The best Multi-branch and the best Medium-to-Large Estate Agency of the year.  The Wharf Property Awards celebrate excellence in Canary Wharf and the wider London market.
