Woodberry Down, London N4 – overview

Woodberry Down is an award-winning urban village and a new residential development which forms part of a large conservation area in north London. Wonderfully tranquil, this neighbourhood is adjacent to a unique natural setting comprising two water reservoirs: a beautiful wetland reserve and the Sailing Lake for outdoor water sports and activities.

This area has been undergoing regeneration since 2009. The truly special natural surrounding at Woodberry Down got an endorsement from Sir David Attenborough who opened the 17 acres Woodberry Wetlands reserve for the public in 2016.
