The Residence is a Manhattan loft-style new homes development in Nine Elms, London SW11 featuring coulourfully clad exterior of five buildings containing over 300 apartments and commercial space on the groud floor, all set within a dynamic new neigbourhood shared with the new US Embassy.

After heavy investments, the nearby Vauxhall bus, tube and rail interchange has increased its capacity. Vauxhall station is serviced by Victoria line Underground trains to Victoria, Kings Cross and Brixton. The railway station is served by trains reaching Waterloo or Clapham Common in under five minutes and connecting the area with south and west of England.
A network of cylcle and foot paths alnong the Thames has been completed and upgraded to increase the flow of users.
The two river piers, at Battersea Power Station and at Vauxhall’s St George Wharf, run London Riverbus services, connecting Nine Elms with the Southbank, Tower Bridge, Canary Wharf, Greenwich and Woolwich in one direction, and Putney, Richmond and Hampton court in the other.
