Enderby Wharf SE10
Enderby Wharf is set to become a vibrant new quarter in Greenwich, SE10. Situated on the bank of the Thames in the historic Royal Borough of Greenwich, the development takes its name and inspiration from Samuel Enderby, a maritime explorer who in the eighteenth century founded a shipping company in the area. The abundance of nautical history on display and a planned cruise liner terminal forming part of the riverfront regeneration, the wharf will once again be reconnected to its maritime heritage.
Bought to you by leading developer Barratt Homes, Enderby Wharf is designed with residents' needs in mind. There is an array of planned on-site facilities including; a fitness suite, 24 hour concierge, communal landscaped gardens and shops.
A selection of modern studios, one, two, three and four bedroom apartments are available, each with at least one balcony or terrace and underfloor heating throughout. Floor to ceiling windows allow views either of the riverfront or of the development's open spaces.
Local Area
Greenwich enjoys the Royal Borough status and has a unique feel to it.
When it comes to travelling, eating, drinking and socialising, there is a vast of choice on your doorstep. Enjoy a morning run in Greenwich Park and, from the top of the hill, some great views of the Thames with the unmistakable backdrop of Canary Wharf. The site has been selected to play host to London's first international cruise liner terminal, due for completion in 2017.
Other planned amenities at Enderby Wharf include a private residents' fitness suite, 24 hour concierge, a crèche, landscaped gardens and 200 metres of rejuvenated Thames Path, open to everyone.
Transport
Situated right on the banks of the river and well served by road, rail, air and boat, Enderby Wharf has an enviable location to come to and go as you please. Greenwich Park is a short stroll away, while westbound along the river are London Bridge (8 min) Canary Wharf (12 min) and the City (20 min).

Situated in Central London zone 2, you’re well connected to all parts of the city via the public transport serving North Greenwich Underground and Cutty Sark DLR stations. In 2018 Crossrail (the Elizabeth line) will connect Custom House and Canary Wharf to popular work and leisure destinations across the city.
The Thames Clipper can whisk you up and down the river from nearby Greenwich and North Greenwich piers, with another dock planned for Enderby Wharf itself.
City Airport is 18 minutes away by DLR, with flights to 35 international destinations. Heathrow is around an hour and a half away. Gatwick is reachable in under an hour.

Apartments
A grand interior-designed main entrance foyer sets the stage for these luxurious, contemporary apartments. The buildings have been designed to convey a sense of movement throughout the scheme, a ripple that mirrors the Thames, and they have been arranged around the site to allow daylight into the landscaped courtyards and glimpses of the river.
The buildings are finished in two distinct forms; solid, dark earth tones for those facing land while river facing buildings feature a transparent glass skin over the recessed balconies.
Within the current phase, each home will feature floor to ceiling windows and at least one balcony or terrace, allowing generous light and space throughout. Interiors will feature fully-fitted German kitchens, Roca sanitary ware in bathrooms and ensuites, comfort cooling in living areas and main bedrooms and underfloor heating.
